== Criminal career ==
Pecker regularly executed clones that Snubable Enterprise classified as defective or unsuitable for continued use. These killings included unstable clones and experimental subjects rejected after evaluation. He carried out the executions without displaying visible hesitation. He also removed fingers from some of the dead clones. Preserved fingers were later reportedly discovered at his house north of Bucharest.

His enforcement work extended to killings ordered for internal security purposes. Pecker threatened personnel who breached the organization's restrictions and carried out violent orders intended to maintain discipline. Rambam trusted him with assignments involving both laboratory access and the killing of personnel or experimental subjects.

During a late-night drive in Switzerland in the late 2000s, Pecker was stopped by a police officer for speeding. He had been travelling from a meeting of the [[World Economic Order]], with Richard Rambam sitting in the passenger seat. When the officer approached the driver's window, Pecker lowered it and fired an entire magazine from a [[Dreyse Model 1907]] pistol at him, killing the officer.

The pistol remained in Pecker's possession for years after the shooting. Following his death, investigators recovered it from his [[Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII (Peter Pecker)|2018 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIII]] at Snubable Enterprise's main complex in [[Căciulați]], [[Ilfov County]]. The weapon was identified as the pistol used in the Swiss police officer's murder. Investigators removed it as evidence but left the car at the complex.<ref name="phantom-recovery"/>
