== Career ==
Pecker and Rambam began conducting biological experiments in the early 1990s. They worked in farm buildings around Colacu, using improvised laboratory equipment assembled from the materials available to them. Pecker helped prepare the electrical and mechanical equipment used during the experiments.

In 1998, the pair successfully cloned a stray dog inside a shed near the village. The experiment preceded the establishment of Snubable Enterprise and provided the basis for their subsequent work with animal cloning.<ref name="snubable-formation"/>

In February 1999, [[Jibbut Snagov]], a member of the Bucharest Butchers, began paying Rambam and Pecker to produce cloned pigs. Pecker handled the animals and prepared biological samples for the experiments. He also helped operate the equipment and conceal their activities. Many of the pigs produced during the trials suffered from severe deformities or failed to develop normally. Snagov's payments enabled the pair to purchase better laboratory equipment and begin constructing a permanent research facility.<ref name="snagov-career"/>

Pecker and Rambam formally founded [[Snubable Enterprise]] on 14 September 1999. Snagov also introduced Rambam to [[Alexandru Ionuț]], whose biological material was used in the organization's first human cloning attempts. Pecker assisted with the experimental work that eventually developed into the [[A-Series]]. On 6 March 2000, [[Tiberiu Pintăreanu]] became involved in Snubable Enterprise and used his political position to obtain property and construction approvals for its expansion.<ref name="snubable-formation"/>

Within Snubable Enterprise, Pecker continued working directly with Rambam on laboratory experiments. Rambam directed the principal biological research, while Pecker prepared samples and assisted with the operation of cloning equipment. He worked on incubator preparation and maintenance, and helped evaluate clones after they were removed from the incubation chambers. Rambam frequently relied on him for technical assistance.

The Bucharest Butchers took direct control of Snubable Enterprise in 2007. Pecker subsequently spent more time enforcing security around restricted research areas. He controlled access to laboratories and helped protect sensitive transport movements. He also intimidated employees who failed to comply with internal orders. Despite his enforcement duties, Pecker continued assisting Rambam with biological research and retained access to restricted laboratory areas.<ref name="snubable-control"/>
