Early life
Petru Rottgraben was born in Zurich, Switzerland, in 1974. He received formal education in corporate administration and governance. Publicly available information about his early career remains limited, though records suggest experience in executive management before his involvement with operations in Bucharest.

Career
Rottgraben became connected to Snubable Enterprise in the early 2000s. The organization operated publicly as a research and development company while maintaining internal links to the Bucharest Butchers.

Under the nickname Paul Rottenyard, he rose into the upper administrative structure of the enterprise. His responsibilities included executive coordination, policy enforcement, and oversight of internal governance systems. Internal documents later recovered after 2025 describe him as one of the key non-scientific figures responsible for maintaining structural order within the organization.

He worked directly alongside Richard Rambam during a period of expansion and consolidation inside the enterprise.

Death
On 12 February 2025, Petru Rottgraben was shot and killed in Bucharest by Stefan Shrankenhaus. The shooting occurred during internal instability within the network surrounding Snubable Enterprise in early 2025.

His death preceded the full dismantlement of the organization on 1 May 2025, which marked the collapse of the Bucharest Butchers leadership structure.
