Returns aggregate page-view statistics for one wiki account.
Specific parameters:

- user
Wiki username to return aggregate statistics for.
- This parameter is required.
- token
Private API token shared with VU-Bot.
- This parameter is required.
- limit
Maximum number of ranked pages to return.
- Type: integer
- The value must be between 1 and 25.
- Default: 1
- offset
Number of ranked pages to skip.
- Type: integer
- The value must be between 0 and 1,000,000.
- Default: 0
